Fitness Models Have Great looking Faces

Those health and fitness models have lean and stunning body sculpture. But a closer look, and I mean a look at their faces, reveal they also have beautifully sculpted faces and clear eyes. Make-up free, with probably just a dusting of baby powder to get rid of the shine for a magazine pictorial, these models didn’t really start out to get good-looking faces. It’s just a by-product of staying fit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There’s really a lot of truth in the old adage that everything you do reflects on your face.

Your Eyes Tell Everything

They say your eyes are the window to your soul; they are also a window to your health. It is not uncommon to see attractive healthy people possess one of the most attractive eyes as well. Keeping in shape gives eyes clear pupils, pristine white whites and skin and tissues around the eyes firm and smooth. Bloodshot eyes and reddish whites reveal some ailments in the body. Not getting enough sleep, your eyes will show it. Drinking too much, your eyes get bloodshot. Drugs and medication over time will show in droopy eyes. And as you age, excess body fat can sag tissues under the eyes so you get baggy eyes.

A Lean Body also means a Lean Face

Your facial bone, skin and muscle structure is a genetic product. You were born with it but after that, it’s really your heath and fitness that finally determine how you will look and project yourself to the world. Health magazine editors and fitness model agencies don’t just pick their fitness models with great bodies. They also get those with faces that tell more than mere words can say. And the words they say should be about “Hey look at me, I’m fit and beautiful.”

Some Tips to Get into Fitness Modeling Looks

  • Get Complete Rest. Nothing makes the eyes look its worst than not getting a good night’s sleep for at least 8 hours a day. Having problems sleeping? Consult with your doctor as it reflects something more sinister happening in your body.
  • Avoid Saturated Fats. Unwanted stored fats create that puffy face and sags under the eyes. While your cheek muscles can benefit from some fat to make it less boney, keep it low. If given a choice, a boney structure that defines a chiseled face is still better than a chubby one.
  • Take in More Fruits and Vegetables. It can’t be said too often that fruits and veggies contain enough fiber to keep a clear set of eyes and complexion by flushing out those harmful toxins.
  • Maintain a Cardio Workout in Health Regimen. Muscles are great but you need to get your heart and lungs into shape to keep the nutrients in your blood circulating.
  • Drink Plenty of Water. Needless to say, water hydrates your body. It prevents constipation and flushes the toxins out. Your eyes and skin will thank you for it.
